No Man Is Above Or Below The Law

on

To no one’s surprise I am ecstatic with the conviction on 34 felony counts of former President Donald John Trump.

This follows two previous losses in other trials in New York – one for attacking a woman in a department store and the other for lying about the value of his property. Punishments meted out in those two disasters exceeded over $400 million that he must pay to the state and the victim. No prison time was possible in those cases because they were misdemeanors not felonies.

But now the chickens have come to roost on this serial liar, debtor, bankrupt deadbeat, wife and girlfriend abuser, plagiarizer, draft dodger, womanizer and most every other negative connotation that can be applied to such a flawed and destructive individual.

Now having vented all my pent up anger toward this awful human being, let me look forward, not backward.

Whether Trump goes to prison or not is up to only one person, the judge in the case just concluded, but the decision as to what Trump does after Nov. 5 is up to you – especially those of you registered Republican.

Currently Trump is polling ahead of President Joe Biden and could be elected in just five months for another term not just as president but leader of the free world, a world filled with dictators, crazy demagogues and, unfortunately, nuclear weapons.

Joe Biden is old, but he’s also experienced, a proven and able legislator, former vice president and now president with many, many accomplishments that have been and are beneficial to our country and its citizens.

He may be losing a step but he’s not losing his mind.

He is also not a felon, although his own Justice Department may see to it that his son becomes one and that should confirm to all naysayers that Biden hasn’t done anything to bring all this trouble onto Trump. Nor is there any evidence he’s done anything to get the heat and possible prison time off his own son.

Let’s be selfish for a second. Forget the “D” and “R” label. Just look at your own future and that of your family and then decide for yourself what is best going forward between 2025 and 2029 as far as who is president of our United States.

I, for one, do not want to take the risk in DJT having all the powers inherent in being president again and it is not a close question. And it shouldn’t be for you and your family, either.

You don’t have to believe me. Just take it from Melania herself. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this video is worth a million.
