The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals refused to stop it. The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board also declined to intervene. Now the U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to stay Richard Glossip’s May 18 execution. Glossip’s corrupt case serves as Exhibit A that Oklahoma’s death penalty system is anything but just.
