At last count, in less than eight full months on the job, Walters has been named a defendant or respondent in seven lawsuits – the most recent filed by a former state department school counselor specialist, Janessa Bointy. Bointy and her attorney, Leah Roper, join us for this week’s Observercast, One More Lawsuit For Wrecking’ Ball Ryan, to discuss the wrongful termination lawsuit – and give us a glimpse inside what’s really happening at the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
