Blanche Lincoln’s — Gag! — Extortion

on

BY KAREN WEBB

An Open Letter to U.S. Sen. Blanche Lincoln, D-AR:

Today, on several stations, heard your remark about not being bullied by liberals or conservatives with their money threats.

I just called your office and left a message. I understand how you feel, completely, every time I think of one senator, from a small state, holding everyone else hostage to her own self-interests.

Don’t go feeling alone because I feel exactly the same way about the other three senators doing the same thing, except Joe Lieberman, and I hope there is a special place in Antarctica or outer Mongolia for him.

I have an extreme amount of disdain and geniune disgust for Rep. Dan Boren of Oklahoma, my home state. I have so much of a dislike for him and his obstructionist beliefs that if I get any money or raise any money I will never again donate to the Oklahoma Democratic Party. I will donate directly to candidates.

How do I feel about you and your Blue Dog friends blocking a public option? Wait, I have to go throw up my lunch because you guys make me physically ill. I have so many family members, including my daughter, with no, zero, zilch health care and you guys do not want anything that doesn’t benefit Big Health Care companies.

We will be forced to buy insurance from the same companies that have been taking all of us to the cleaners.

If I could, I would send you a barf bag full of what I think about you and your effort at extortion.

P.S. I don’t know if she will accept e-mail from outside her state so someone from Arkansas please make sure she gets this. I think they should accept all communication unless whatever they are doing only applies to their own state or district, which is never the case.
