On the agenda: Redistricting, the once a decade, post-census redraw of legislative and congressional boundaries. Former House Democratic Leader Scott Inman joins us for this week’s Observercast to explore hypermajority Republican map-drawing shenanigans, what they mean for workaday Oklahomans and why they’re likely to face court challenges.
