Put Up Or Shut Up

on

BY KAREN WEBB

Go to Town Halls with a sign that says “I know you are against everything I need, but what are you for?”

Ask the Republicans for a health care plan, an economic recovery plan, a jobs plan, and why they want Wall Street and banks to have free reign to do what ever they please, again and again and again.

Make them give up something to work against or for.

Letting them get by with just saying “NO” is insane.

Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn finally caved on health care reform in the military after nearly a year of obstructionism. That can not happen again.

Sen. Jim Inhofe is really being stupid – again. He and his kids look more like Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh than I do so frisk him every time he enters an airport.

Tell them it is time to put up or shut up.

The Observer carries on the "give 'em hell" tradition of its founder, the late Frosty Troy. I read it from cover to cover. A progressive wouldn't be able to live in a red state without it.
