What If Newt Sees His Shadow?

Since you are the global expert on Ground Hog Day and shadows, I was wondering if you could clear up a couple of things.

Is it true, or just urban legend, that if Newt Gingrich emerges from his hotel room tomorrow and sees his shadow, there will be at least three more months of back-biting, virtual campaigning?

And, if he doesn’t see his shadow, does that mean he’s a vampire.

Thanks,

Richard

The Observer carries on the "give 'em hell" tradition of its founder, the late Frosty Troy. I read it from cover to cover. A progressive wouldn't be able to live in a red state without it.
